The space was thoughtfully curated with low-panel open-plan workstations, soft seating, and multipurpose gathering areas. Highlights include:

Open workstations in crisp white with clear glass for natural sight lines

A large “playroom” zone where employees can relax, refresh, or watch a game
Artifacts like guitars and tour posters to reflect Virgin’s cultural identity

Michailidis adds:

“We’ve intentionally eliminated high-walled cubicles to open communication and minimize feelings of isolation.”
